Trendo (app ID com.trendo.trendoapp), developed by Clover AI Tech, lets you delete your account and the data
linked to it at any time.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the Trendo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (from your profile menu).
- Tap Delete profile.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are removed.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@cloverandfox.com from the email on your
Trendo account, subject “Delete my account”. We complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials (name, email, photo)
- Your wardrobe items and uploaded photos
- Your outfits, style preferences, and taste profile
- Your AI history, saved inspiration, wishlist, and shopping activity
- Device identifiers linked to your account
What we may keep, and for how long
- Purchase/transaction records — only as required for legal/tax obligations, then deleted.
- Anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you.
- Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
